libfindbin-libs-perl software package provides Perl module to use a relative path for lib directories, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfindbin-libs-perl
libfindbin-libs-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfindbin-libs-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfindbin-libs-perl *
You will get with libfindbin-libs-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
